Holistic Development

Steps are taken at GloTec Private Industrial Training Institute for Holistic Development of the students. Based on social and economic background of the children, following is being implemented:

• The course fee is highly subsidized and Scholarships are awarded to needy trainees to fulfill their special needs.
• All trainees are provided with uniform, workshop apron, workshop shoes, notebooks, textbooks and individual locker.
• Periodic medical check-up of all trainees and follow-up in health care is ensured.
• Special efforts are made to improve competence in computers, basic Mathematics and communication skills in Kannada and English.
• Efforts are made to promote self-confidence and strengthen their will to cope with hardships.
